1.BIOGAS PLANT

Biogas can be produced from any type biodegradable waste material such as Food Waste, Market Waste, Slughter house waste, Fish waste, Vegetable waste, Cowdung, Poultry litter Harvested plant and vegetable waste. Plants are made of FRP, RCC and Flexible material are available for capacities starting from 500 kg/day onwards.
Produced gas will be purified and stored in storage systems. This can be used for thermal application and power production depend on the site requirement. The digestrate generated is a good manure for agricultural and plantation purpose. This is a green energy project. Plants are available in semi auto operation



2. BIOGAS PURIFICATION

Compact purification unit for biogas plants are available with varying capacity, for smaller to large scale plants. Biogas purification and refining process reduce the harmful gas elements from the biogas. Hydrogen sulphide and Carbon dioxide are the main contaminants in biogas. Our process reduce the carbon dioxide content to 4-6% and Hydrogen sulphide content to less than 100 ppm. The hydrogen sulphide content in the crude gas, which is otherwise very harmful to the gas engines, as well other equipments.
All contact parts are made of corrosion resistant material with long life and excellent finish in quality. The media colour change is an indication of the quality and life of the media and the gas purity.



3. BIOMASS TO MANURE PRODUCTION

Any type biodegradable waste material such as Food Waste, Market Waste, Slughter house waste, Fish waste, Vegetable waste, Poultry waste can be directly converted to quality manure in this process.
