Waste Water Treatment “AEWAR“ & Energy Systems Technology.

WasteWater Treatment

1. SBR PROCESS

The sequencing batch reactor (SBR) is a fill-and- draw activated sludge system for wastewater treatment. ... To optimize the performance of the system, two or more batch reactors are used in a predetermined sequence of operations. SBR systems have been successfully used to treat sewage effluent for commercial industrial application.
Plant Features
Fully automatic operation
Operation friendly
Less manpower requirement
Guaranteed treated water quality

2. MBR PROCESS

Membrane bioreactor (MBR) is the combination of a membrane process like microfiltration or ultra filtration with a biological wastewater treatment process. Selective membranes are used and integrated to the activated sludge process. The membranes are immersed in the aeration tank.
The treated water is taken out either by vacuum (or gravity-driven) and pressure-driven systems. Normally hollow fibre or flat sheet membranes installed in the MBR tank
Plant Features
Fully automatic operation
Less area required
Operation friendly
Less manpower requirement
Guaranteed treated water quality
Pre fabricated plants also available

3. MBBR PROCESS

MBBR is a biological technology used for wastewater treatment process suitable for large plants and industrial application. ... The technology is used to separate organic substances, nitrification and denitrification. MBBR design is made of an activated sludge aeration system.
The MBBR process utilizes floating High Capacity Micro Organism Bio media within the aeration and anoxic tanks. The microorganisms consume organic material. The media provides increased surface area for the biological microorganisms to attach and grow.
In the MBBR bio film technology, the bio film grows within engineered plastic media, which are carefully designed with high internal surface area. These bio filter media are suspended and thoroughly mixed throughout the water phase

Auto control and monitoring
All Reecon plants are fully automated and programmed to meet the customer requirement. All system operations are controlled using interlocks of sensors and switches with PLC and HMI controls. Custom operation can also be done to meet the customer water flow pattern requirements.
Remote access operation control can also be integrated in order to monitor and control the plant operation as per the customer requirements.
